Clearance help for jobs of all sizes

Clearing waste yourself can mean repeated trips, lifting awkward items or finding space for a skip. We provide the vehicle and the labour, then collect the rubbish from the house, garden, garage, shed or another agreed part of the property.

Our service is suitable for one-off domestic clearances, renovation waste and bulky items that are difficult to move. You only use the vehicle space needed for your collection, and the cost is confirmed before loading begins.
  • Waste can be collected from where it is stored, subject to safe access
  • No need to leave a skip or rubbish at the roadside
  • Uniformed team and sign-written vehicles
  • Waste handled in line with Environment Agency requirements

We bring the labour as well as the vehicle

With a collected clearance, you do not need to arrange a skip permit, load everything yourself or leave waste outside waiting to be taken away. Our team collects from the agreed location and you pay for the space or weight required for your own waste.

This works particularly well for bulky items, mixed household clearances and jobs where a skip would be difficult to place.

Garden waste clearance

Take back the space in your garden

Garden projects can quickly create more waste than will fit in the usual household collection. We can clear cuttings and general garden debris, as well as unwanted outdoor items and waste from a garden tidy-up.

Typical collections include:
  • Branches, hedge cuttings and plant material
  • Bagged leaves, weeds and grass cuttings
  • Old plant pots and garden items
  • Timber and dismantled garden materials
  • Mixed waste from a garden clear-out

Building and DIY waste

Clear the waste left after your next project

Home improvements, repairs and renovations often leave behind timber, old fittings, packaging, rubble and other awkward materials. We collect building and DIY waste from domestic projects, from smaller mixed loads to heavier clearances.

Heavy materials affect the safe carrying capacity of the vehicle, so it is important to tell us if the collection includes rubble, bricks, concrete, soil or hardcore.
  • Timber, boards and dismantled fittings
  • Bathroom and kitchen strip-out waste
  • Bricks, rubble, concrete and hardcore
  • Packaging and mixed renovation waste
  • Doors, frames and other removed materials
Paint and specialist waste may carry an additional charge or require separate arrangements. Please identify these items before collection.

Furniture removal

Bulky furniture removed without struggling to move it yourself

Old or unwanted furniture can be difficult to carry, transport and dispose of responsibly. We collect individual pieces as well as several items during a larger household clearance.

Tell us where the furniture is located and whether there are stairs, narrow doorways or restricted access. Where practical and agreed in advance, larger items can be dismantled to help remove them safely.

Items can include:
  • Sofas, chairs and tables
  • Wardrobes, drawers and shelving
  • Beds, bed frames and mattresses
  • Desks and other home-office furniture
  • Mixed furniture from a move or property clear-out

Garage and shed clearance

Make garages, sheds and storage areas usable again

Garages and sheds often become home to broken tools, old furniture, timber, metal and years of stored items. We can clear selected waste or remove the contents of the whole space, depending on what you need.

If the job also involves dismantling a timber, brick or concrete garden structure, tell us when you enquire. We can assess the structure, access and resulting waste before agreeing the work.

Common clearance items include:
  • General stored rubbish and boxed clutter
  • Old tools, shelving and workbenches
  • Timber, metal and dismantled materials
  • Garden equipment and outdoor furniture
  • Waste from garages, sheds and other outbuildings
Please point out fuel, chemicals, gas bottles, paint, batteries or other potentially hazardous items. These must be assessed and may need an approved specialist contractor.
